Exchanges:
Exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis for unworn, unused items in original condition with tags attached.
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Items:
- Hair extensions (bundles, wigs, closures, frontals)
- Worn or used items
- Items without original packaging
Approved exchanges must be returned in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements.
