SHIPPING POLICY
To protect our customers, all orders are shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method.
If your shipping address differs from your billing address, a Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed and returned within one (1) business day, along with any requested documentation. Orders will not be processed until verification is complete.
Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your tracking information. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Express & Overnight Shipping:
Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders require 100% payment at checkout. We accept all major credit cards.
Payments are processed immediately upon order placement.
We take fraud prevention seriously. Any fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
King Karters Gold Extensions & Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
For any delivery issues, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.
